Dr. Audronė Brazauskaitė

Chairwoman of the Lithuanian Association of Art Therapy Vilnius, Lithuania
The objective of the Lithuanian Association of Art Therapy is to unite people engaged in this field, to organise programmes for the improvement of professional skills, to seek that the occupation of the Art Therapist exists in Lithuania. For over 10 years of its activities, the Association has been co-operating with art therapists from the United Kingdom, USA, Russia and the Czech Republic. It receives consulting and co-operates with Hertfordshire and Roehampton Universities in London, Art Therapy Association of St. Petersburg, Adler School of Professional Psychology in Chicago, organises theoretical and practical seminars led by world-famous art therapists.

Dr. Vilmantė Aleksienė

Assistant Professor at the Department of Social Cohesion of the Social Communication Institute at Vilnius Pedagogical University; Chairwoman of the Lithuanian Association of Educational Music Therapy, Lithuania’s representative at the European Music Therapy Congregation Vilnius, Lithuania
Analyses the peculiarities and opportunities of the application of music therapy for groups of persons with health, educational or socialisation problems; leads and participates in health promotion projects.

Brian Chapman

LIME director, Manchester, United Kingdom
From its birth in 1973, Lime has implemented a dazzling array of projects. These range from large scale commissions and the creation of art installations in healthcare premises to workshops which enable hospital patients to explore their experiences through visual art.

dr.Jane Ratcliffe

Consultant in Paediatric Intensive Care, Chair of Alder Hey Arts, Alder Hey Children‘s NHS Foundation Trust, Liverpool, United Kingdom
Alder Hey‘s Arts in Health programme has been recognised nationally for its innovation and creative approach to partnership working through its Cultural Champions‘ programme. The programme is featured as a model of good practice in „A prospectus for Arts and Health“, produced jointly by the Department of Health and Arts Council England.

prof. Janek Dubowski

Arts Therapies Principal Lecturer and Programme Co-ordinator, School of Psychology and Therapeutic Studies, University of surrey Roehampton, London, United Kingdom
Janek Dubowski received his PhD in Comparative Psychology in 1983, following one of the earliest art therapy research projects in the UK. He is a qualified Psychodynamic Counsellor, has worked in hospitals as a senior Art Therapist, and trained at the Lincoln Memorial Clinic of Psychotherapy in London.

Ed Kuczaj

Head of the Department of Art Therapy and Continuing Visual Education at Crawford College. Ed Kuczaj studied Art Therapy at the University of Hertfordshire, graduating in 1988. Until 2000 he managed an Art & Dramatherapy service, within a Learning Disabilities Trust in UK.

Donna Glassford
 
A painter and sculptor, director of Cultural Enrichement at Vaderbilt University Medical Center. Donna Glassford oversees a department responsible for the visual and performing arts for a medical center. Programs include changing exhibition spaces, therapeutic art and music programs and educational classes.

Åke Forsgren

Art Manager and Project Leader for Public Art at Uppsala County Council, Sweden.
The County Council commissions art for hospitals, health care centres and other care facilities in the county. The aim is to create stimulating milieus and opportunities for new experiences among patients, staff and visitors. Commissons are made in close cooperation with estate managers, architects and artists to optimate integration with the buildings.

Clive Parkinson
 
The Director of Arts for Health at Manchester Metropolitan University; the UK's longest established arts and health unit. Clive Parkinson was project lead on the HM Treasury funded Invest to Save: Arts in Health Project and is passionate advocate for culture and the arts. He sees the importance of popular culture in the arts and health agenda in widening the participation of those who wouldn't normally want to get involved in the arts.

Rūta Lukošaitytė
 
A sculptor, graduated from Vilnius Art Institute in 1984. Since 2003 she has been director of Vilnius Psychosocial Rehabilitation Centre, works in the field of social psychiatry, initiates development and implementation of innovative community services for mentally handicapped, develops service provision methodologies, professional develompent programmes, develops and implements projects relating to the launch of new services. Since 2003 acts as Deputy Chairperson of the Lithuanian Association for the Application of Art Therapy (LDTTA).

Synnove Caspari
 
A registered nurse and an assistant professor at Oslo University College. She is special educated in the pedagogic method: problembased learning.

Rita Zalite
 
A lecturer of the Riga Teacher Training and Educational Management Academy, a member of board of Latvia Art Therapy Association and vice-director of the Institute of Health, Arts Therapies Centre.

Linda Luhse
 
Psychologist, Chearman of the Board of Day Care Centre Singel. NGO Viljandimaa Singel is a mental health day care centre in Viljandi, one of the first ones founded in Estonia (beside Tallinn and Tartu) and providing the rehabilitation service for people with special needs.

Doc. dr. Rasa Bieliauskaite
 
The doctor of social science, docent, member of the Sociaty of Systemic Family Counselling, Lithuanian society of Individual Psychology, Lithuanian Psychological Association.

Philippe Bouteloup
 
A musician and trainer, director of Musique & Sante, which is a French non-profit organisation advocating and working for the development of live music in hospitals and institutions for disabled persons. Philippe Bouteloup also teaches at the Centre de Formation de Musiciens Intervenants at the University of Provence.
